We have learnt of the recent death of Samuel Thomas Parker. Samuel served with the 1st Battalion in the Middle East and Italy before being captured at Anzio after which he remained a prisoner of war until May 1945.

Samuel’s funeral is to be held at 11am at St Augustine’s Church, Rumney, Cardiff on 17th December 2012, and then afterwards at Thornhill Crematorium Cardiff.
