Battalion engaged in road making on Cugunci-Malovic road.

2nd – 6 OR to CC Station, Struck off Strength.

3rd – 2 OR to CC Station, Struck off Strength.

4th – 1 OR Taken on Strength on discharge from Base Hospital.

5th – 3 OR to CC Station, Struck off Strength.

6th – 2 OR to CC Station, Struck off Strength.

12th January – Cugunci, Malovci, Gtolajak Valley.
No 13 and 14 platoons, D Company moved from camp at Rates to Gtolajak valley from Malovci for work on extension of Decauville Railway from Mihalova to Cugunci.
A, B and C Companies engaged on road making.

13th January – Cugunci, Malovci, Gtolajak Valley.
A, B and C Companies engaged on road making. Half D Company on road making, other half on railway.
4 ORs Struck off Strength and admitted sick at CC Station.

14th January – Cugunci, Malovci, Gtolajak Valley.
A, B and C Companies engaged on road making. Half D Company on road making, other half on railway.
3 Mules Taken on Strength (from 2/17th Bttn, London Regiment).

15th January – Cugunci, Malovci, Gtolajak Valley.
A, B and C Companies engaged on road making. Half D Company on railway work.
No 15 and 16 Platoons D Company moved from Rates camp and joined No 13 and 14 Platoons in Gtolajak Valley.

16th to 31st January – Cugunci, Malovci, Gtolajak Valley.
A, B, C and half D Companies engaged on road making. Other Half D Company on railway work.

18th – 4 ORs Struck off Strength, admitted sick at CC Station. 1 Mule Struck off Strength, lost.

20th – 2 ORs Struck off Strength, admitted sick at CC Station.

22nd – 1 OR Struck off Strength, admitted sick at CC Station.

23rd – 3 ORs Struck off Strength, admitted sick at CC Station.

25th – 2 ORs Struck off Strength, admitted sick at CC Station.

26th – 1 OR Struck off Strength, admitted sick at CC Station.

28th – 1 OR Taken on Strength, from Base Hospital. 1 OR evacuated sick to CC Station.

29th – 1 OR evacuated sick to CC Station. 3 ORs struck off (underage to Base).

30th – 2/Lt GH Whyte evacuated to Malta. 3 ORs evacuated sick to CC Station.

31st – 1 OR Struck off Strength, on reporting to 4 Bttn, Rifle Brigade.
